Frank is a seasoned industry executive with over 40 years of corporate (AT&T/Cisco) and solution provider CEO expertise. He is an experienced Private Equity Board Member and past CEO of Inacom Information Systems & CoreBTS.
Scott Goemmel, Co-Founder
Scott brings 30 years of effective business knowledge to our clients with expertise in project, managed services, finance, and CEO development. He is a past CEO of PMV Technologies, Executive Vice President of O/E Systems, and Consultant with Deloitte.
Dick Bourdow
Dick is an experienced solution provider executive with proven success leading organizations through dramatic growth and change. For close to 17 years, Dick built and ran the largest region for ConvergeOne, a leading IT services provider of collaboration and technology solutions.
Jim McCourt
Jim is a business advisor and former CFO/COO. He has a proven track record of raising capital to start and grow businesses and lead teams in strategic planning. His work has often resulted in structuring companies for sale.
Tony Williams
Tony is a business advisor and former CTO/COO. He has 30+ years experience owning, growing, and transitioning a service provider to a nationally recognized MSP. After successfully selling the business, Tony focuses his passion on helping others learn from his experiences as a Managed Services expert - with a strong focus on operational excellence and building business value.

Carolyn is a Sales and Marketing executive with 15+ years of business leadership within two Fortune 50 companies. She has proven success in developing winning market strategies and exceeding growth and customer loyalty goals. Carolyn also has unique experience in media relations, strategic event management, crisis management, comprehensive PR and marketing program integration.
